Jessie Spellman is a fourth generation New Yorker, the daughter of a yellow cab taxi driver and fashion designer. She is an empathetic and transformational leader and community organizer. Jessie currently leads a Global Talent team, creating a more equitable, and inclusive candidate and employee experience, while building resilient, innovative, and diverse teams.

Jessie has dedicated her career to building a more just and loving world. Starting as a middle school math teacher in Philadelphia and more recently as a management consultant and culture change expert at the world’s largest organizations, Jessie is committed to the lifelong journey of working towards justice and liberation.

In her spare time Jessie loves to read, listen to podcasts, crochet, practice yoga, play dress up, and host dinner parties for her friends.
